| FILM NOIR is an animated feature film. As the art director of FILM NOIR Relja Penezic (alias Raymond Penn) is focusing on lonely, gloomy, moody, rainy, but also flickering, sparkling, glowing and beautiful Los Angeles. Based on the vision of writer co-director D. Jud Jones and in collaboration with co-director and animation director Risto Topaloski he worked on the look and feel of the movie. With his hands on approach he created and animated numerous background images, opening title sequence, parts of some other sequences, as well as over all image treatments. Written by D.
